Grab your gardening gloves and loppers (if you have them) and join us for our annual spring-time Community Cleanup on Sunday, May 3 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. We will kick off the event with a walk on the trails featuring a tree talk by Certified Master Arborist Shawn Siefers of The Care of Trees. Shawn assists Tregaron with its tree work. He will discuss the challenges of maintaining urban woodlands and answer your questions. We will then get to work! We will have extra gloves and equipment on hand, as well as snacks and water.
We will gather at the top of the “sledding” hill facing Macomb Street. Feel free to join us later in the afternoon along the trails. We will wrap up around 3:00. We hope to see you there!
