July 12, 2024

In Dr. Leanna Wen’s Washington Post health column this week, renowned naturalist/author Melanie Choukas-Bradley named the Tregaron Conservancy is one of her “favorite places” in the DC area for forest bathing. “It’s a magical place…a wild garden with a pond with these wonderful bullfrogs who are always carrying on.” The column offers a variety of tips from Choukas-Bradley and others for forest bathing and other stress-relieving activities in nature.
